OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The Management will not allow the students to enter inside the hostel premises after 10:30 pm.
  • Visitors (parents & siblings) will be allowed only to the specified lounge, not permitted to any rooms.
  • Visitors should obtain prior permission and gate pass from the hostel incharge.
  • Smoking, Alcohol and Narcotic consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the hostel premises. Strict action will be taken against offenders.
  • Students should keep their rooms neat and clean, if there are any breakages or damage of walls, furniture, hostel property, the cost should be borne by the students.
  • Students who not are coming late night should take prior permission from the warden in advance and will be permitted in case of emergency only.
  • Usage of any electronic devices other than laptop, tablets and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
  • Cooking food and usage of cooking utensils is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
  • Students should adhere to wastage segregation policy. All dry and wet wastage should be segregated and disposed in the designated disposal areas.
  • Students should adhere to Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules, 2021.i.e., single usage plastic is prohibited and any such usage identified will attract strict penalties.
  • Students should adhere to the Code of Conduct and must abide by the policies established by the hostel.
  • Food is allowed only in specified areas.
  • Management is not responsible for Student’s valuable things.
  • Students should abide by the Privacy policy and should only enter the other student’s room with consent / permission.
  • Hostel management has the right to inspect any room without prior intimation.
  • Students are to ensure that all the items provided to them during the entry are returned in the same manner / working condition. If any damage or loss, caution deposit will not be refunded.
  • The caution deposit will be returned only after one academic year completion by deducting 67% maintenance charges academically.
  • Accommodation charges should be paid academically in advance.
  • The Management will be most co-operative and supportive for any academic requirements of the students.
  • The students must submit 2 passport size photos, his/her Aadhar card and their parent’s Aadhar card.
  • Refunds will be subject to established refund policy (also available in the Star555 official website)
  • Caution deposit refund process will start only after 30 days from the date of  vacate, completion of an academic year in line with the refund policy and vacating procedures.
  • During the stay, students will be governed by the hostel rules.
  • The Students should inform the hostel office 48 hours prior vacating the hostel and complete the exit formalities.
  • The Charges paid for the stay in the hostel accommodation is for an academic year only.
  • Management is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Students are responsible for their belongings.

Non-compliance with hostel rules will be dealt with strict action. Management holds the ultimate right to take decisions.
